Quincy Park - Help Build a Community
Buy a Brick, Build a Park!

Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation (FRDC) and the Fairfax community are planning to build a community park to document Fairfax’s rich history. Quincy Park is an area on Quincy Avenue between East 82nd and East 83rd. The park’s centerpiece will be its winding history trail that will tell the history of Fairfax through pictures and vocal histories.   Rendering of Plan for Quincy Park

The physical transformation of the space
with its historical theme is a testament to the determination of this neighborhood’s residents over time. The neighborhood’s rich cultural history will be displayed for all to see.

The project is a partnership between FRDC, neighborhood residents, Bolton Elementary School, and community businesses and institutions.

Buy a Brick

Fairfax residents and community businesses and institutions are asked to purchase commemorative bricks bearing their names. This project is the perfect way to show your love for the Fairfax Community.

Purchase a brick for yourself, a loved one, your street club, or community group. Bricks for individuals are $50 with up to 3 lines and 14 characters per line. Spaces are included as characters. Bricks for community groups and organizations are $100 with up to 6 lines and 14 characters per line. Spaces are also included as characters.

Bricks for neighborhood businesses and institutions are also available as well as the opportunity to purchase benches. For questions and pricing information, please call Denise Van Leer at (216) 361-8400.

To purchase a commemorative brick, fill out the Order Form which may be printed out and filled in by hand or filled in on-line and then printed out (note: you must have the free Acrobat reader 5.0 or later - which can be downloaded for free here).

Return with cash (in person only), check, or money order to: FRDC; 8111 Quincy Avenue, Suite 100; Cleveland, Ohio 44104. Additional questions? Call FRDC at (216) 361-8400.
